Green Highlander
This married wing fly is one of the more well known and beloved traditional salmon flies. This fly has been dressed on a handmade B&R blind eye 5/0 Jock Scott hook. It has been tied with a gut eye as were the flies of that era. It was preceded by a fly simply known as the Highlander. This dressing is from How to Dress Salmon Flies by T.E. Pryce-Tannatt, 1914.
